Content
1. Main equipment:
Receiving, storage and metering of raw materials:
1). Powder: According to the actual needs of the project, design the volume and quantityof the silo. Determine the location of the storage area.
Conveying: use pneumatic conveying system, negative pressure feeding, pipeline chain machine, bucket elevator or screw.
2). Liquid: According to the actual needs of the project, design the volume and quantity of storage tanks, and determine the location and structure of the tank area.
Delivery: Choose liquid intelligent dosing pump, negative pressure feeding.
3). Additives: In view of the characteristics of "more varieties and less dosage", the storageconditions and locations of the nearby production equipment are designed.
Delivery: choose pipeline or manual.
Main body of production equipment:
1). Process design. Product production zone.
2). Production, installation, commissioning, training, and acceptance of fully automatic complete sets of equipment.
The palletizing turnover storage and delivery of finished products:
1). Automatic labeling, unpacking, sealing, coding, strapping, wrapping
2). Robot packing and palletizing
3). AGV robot inbound and outbound transportation
4). Shelves, (explosion-proof) stackers
Control center: automatic monitoring of production process, digital display screen, IOT module
2. Laboratory and R&D room: A full set of instruments and tools and supporting furniture facilities.
3. Auxiliary facilities: Transformers, power distribution rooms, chillers, compressors, maintenance rooms, lighting, fire protection, WiFi, pipeline layout, oil pollution, sewage treatment plants, etc.
4. Administrative office area and exhibition hall.
